We are currently in search of a highly motivated and talented Business Development Manager to join our successful team. Your role will be to identify, develop, and secure new business, while bringing forward fresh ideas that will expand our current business operations.
The ideal candidate must be creative, confident, and proactive in exploring new opportunities. They must also possess an outgoing personality, as well as being an excellent listener in order to uncover any client challenges by asking the right questions and demonstrating empathy.

- Identifying and qualifying business opportunities.
- Cultivating leads to secure new business with UK prospects in key markets.
- Liaising with internal project management team to prepare proposals.
- Representing the Company at networking events, conferences, exhibitions and trade shows.
- Developing relationships with new clients to understand their on-going requirements and grow accounts.
- Full training will be given however there are a few essential qualities you will need to perform this role successfully.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
To be invited to an interview you will also need to have these skills, qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience selling outsourced services.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English (UK preferably)
- Proficient at using LinkedIn and social platforms for business development and sales.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, reliable and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently, but in close relationship with Marketing and Sales Team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and conscientious.
